Jax Media is an Imagine Entertainment company and, since its founding in 2011, has built and refined a creative-friendly production model that allows us to deliver high production values at efficient budgets. We pride ourselves on our ability to help our partners achieve their vision and bring obsession-worthy film and television to audiences, including Emily in Paris, Animal Control, Motorheads, Everyone Else Burns, Fire Island, Russian Doll, Search Party, Broad City, Desus & Mero, and A Black Lady Sketch Show. We have been honored to receive 111 Primetime Emmy nominations and 14 wins.
Jax provides comprehensive production capabilities, across the US, Canada, the UK and Europe, from development through post with a highly experienced in-house production team. We produce across a wide range of content types and formats in film and television, including scripted comedies and dramas, talk, late-night, stand-up, sketch, and game shows.
Our Team
Yolanda Cochran
Yolanda Cochran is Head of Production overseeing projects globally across Imagine and Jax Media offices in LA, New York, and London. She has been immersed in film and tv in varying roles both inside and outside studios and production companies, as a producer, production consultant and exec at Alcon Entertainment, Walt Disney (Freeform), Viacom Kids & Family, Netflix and others. Yolanda is a member of the Television Academy, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences and is serving her second term as Treasurer of the Producers Guild of America, where she served for many years on the Board of Directors and multiple committees.
John Nemeth
With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, John Nemeth has spent about half that time at Jax Media, where he currently serves as its Head of Operations, working across its entire slate.
Morgan Howard
Morgan Howard has almost two decades of production experience across both film and television. He started in the industry as a set PA, and worked his way up as a production accountant, production manager, producer and production executive. He has collaborated with a wide variety of networks and production companies. Top credits include “Motorheads” (Amazon), “Animal Control” (Fox), “Search Party” (Turner), “Russian Doll” (Netflix), “Slumber Party” (Disney) and “Difficult People” (Universal).
Corey Fitelson
Corey Fitelson is Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs for Imagine Entertainment, working on business and legal matters across all of Imagine Entertainment’s divisions, including Jax Media. With over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, he has held roles at major studios/networks, independent production companies and talent agencies, including a long tenure in the business affairs department of NBC Entertainment (Universal Television and NBC broadcast network) prior to his role at Imagine Entertainment. He got his start in the industry as an assistant in the business affairs department at the then William Morris Agency.
Devra Friedman
Devra Friedman is a Director of Production across Jax Media and Imagine Entertainment. Prior to joining Imagine Entertainment and Jax Media, Devra worked as a production executive at Comedy Central where she had a small part in helping produce a wide range of tentpole events, stand up, sketch, and animated content.
